Dr Andrew Li is a Sydney based Skin Cancer Doctor and a Professor of Surgery at Hainan Medical College in Southern China where he travels to regularly for teaching of doctors and medical students. He is also a Neurosurgeon trained in China. For the past 20 years he has been working in the area of skin cancer medicine in both Queensland and New South Wales. He has a Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine and is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
 
Male circumcision is also one of Dr Li's special interests. He has had over 25 years experience in performing this procedure. He is one of the few doctors in Australia with extensive experience in performing male circumcision and is a proud member of the Circumcision Academy of Australia.
 
After arriving in Australia in 1988 he was initially involved in Neuroscience research at the University of Sydney for over 2 years. He then went through the comprehensive medical licensing examinations through the Australian Medical Council and successfully passed all components of the licensing requirements and was awarded his Australian Medical Council Certificate in 1996. He then worked in a variety of major teaching hospitals for 5 years such as Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital and St George Hospital.
 
In 2001 he joined the training program for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. During this time he spent 2 years in North Queensland where he treated hundreds of patients with skin cancer and gained extensive experience in this area.  He successfully completed all requirements of the college and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2004. Subsequently he opened his own skin cancer clinic in Lane Cove known as Longueville Road Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Clinic in 2005 where he spent almost 5 years and treated thousands of patients with skin cancer. 
 
Dr Li has also pursued further studies specific to Skin Cancer Medicine.  He has successfully completed all requirements of the Australasian College of Skin Cancer Medicine and has been awarded a Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine.  His main interest areas are definitive treatment of head / neck skin cancers, using highly specialized treatment techniques such as Staged Margin Controlled Surgery (slow Mohs). His other interests are photodynamic therapy which is a new technology for treatment and prevention of skin cancers as well as the removal of body surface tumours, lumps, bumps, cysts removal and circumcision of males 5 years of age and above.

Dr Shenouda graduated in 1986 and completed his Diploma of Practical Dermatology

from the UK in 1999.  With a keen interest in skin cancer medicine, he pursued further training with the Australasian College of Skin Cancer medicine and obtained a certificate in skin cancer medicine. With 15 years’ experience, he is well qualified and experienced at working to prevent and treat skin cancer. His extensive treatment experience ranges from complex skin cancer surgeries to non-surgical treatments using (PDT) photo dynamic therapy, cryotherapy and topical medications.

Dr Wayne Young (Cosmetic Surgeon)             

 

One of the most experienced cosmetic surgeons in Sydney, Dr Wayne Young originates from South Africa, where he first found his passion for cosmetic surgery.
His first experience of cosmetic surgery was in 1989, while working at a clinic in Johannesburg, South Africa. He initially trained in Johannesburg, before interning at the world famous Groote Schuur Hospital (where the first heart transplant was performed), receiving his medical degree from The University of Witwatersrand. He also attended two student terms in Plastic Surgery, one at Johannesburg General, and the other at the Concord Burns unit, in Sydney.

Dr Young then moved to London to further his surgical training, where he worked in the surgical departments of hospitals including The Royal Free and The Royal Marsden as well as working in the burns unit and paediatric surgery unit of The Red Cross Hospital.
He then moved to Sydney, Australia, where he trained extensively in both General Surgery for four years and then Plastic Surgery for five years, with two of those years purely in Cosmetic Surgery in Sydney’s leading teaching hospitals such as Westmead and the RPA. During this time he worked alongside over 15 of Sydney’s leading Plastic Surgeons.
 
Dr Young maintains a uniqueness as a cosmetic surgeon in Sydney as a man with a keen eye and an artistic spirit, which he utilizes in his minimally invasive cosmetic surgery treatments, combining these with his extensive knowledge of plastic surgery. Dr Young lives his art, it is what he loves doing and he is passionate about bring the best results and care to all his patients.
